Shipping

Shipping

We’re excited to send your Fleur Hair Color Ring your way.

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day, excluding weekends and holidays.

Standard U.S. shipping is a flat $12 and ships via USPS Ground Advantage, with an estimated transit time of 3–5 business days.

Expedited shipping is a flat $25 and ships via USPS Priority Mail, with an estimated transit time of 2–3 business days.

All Fleur Hair shipments include tracking and are insured during transit. Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

Expedited shipping shortens carrier transit time but does not change our standard processing time.

Returns

We want you to feel confident in your Fleur purchase.

Eligible products may be returned so long as the return is initiated within 14 days of delivery. Hair must remain unworn, uninstalled, unwashed and unaltered. It must remain attached to its original cardboard backing with the original connectors binding the hair together still in place.

A flat $12 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified product defect or Fleur Hair error.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different shade, length or product, you may return an eligible item and place a new order.

To request a return, sign in to your Fleur Hair customer account and select the eligible item from your order. We’ll review your request and send return instructions along with a prepaid return shipping label.  

Receiving a return shipping label does not guarantee a refund. Returned items must meet all return eligibility requirements and will be reviewed once received by Fleur Hair.
