The story behind the strands
Fleur Hair was created with a simple belief: beautiful, premium hair should feel within reach. Built for the client, the stylist and the salon alike, Fleur brings together the quality, thoughtful details and elevated experience we wanted to see in the extension industry.
For founder Marissa Plaisted, the idea began from personal experience. After years of wearing and purchasing extensions herself, she saw firsthand how difficult it could be to find beautiful, high-quality hair without the traditional luxury price tag.
But the name Fleur comes from somewhere even more personal. Marissa and her husband and co-founder, Trent, share a special connection to France, the place where their story together first began. Years later, returning to France helped inspire a name that felt fitting for what they were building: Fleur, the French word for flower, and a reflection of beauty, growth and becoming.
Today, Fleur Hair is built around one promise: beautiful, premium hair made more accessible. For every stylist, every salon and every client.
